    2. Investigation We will investigate your complaint promptly and thoroughly. If we need additional information from you, we will contact you for further details.
    3. Resolution We will aim to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. If we are unable to provide you with a resolution within 10 business days, we will provide you with an update on the status of your complaint.
    4. Escalation If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you may request that your complaint be escalated to a senior member of our team. We will provide you with the contact details of the senior member of our team upon request.
    1. Recording and Monitoring We record and monitor all complaints received to ensure that they are dealt with fairly and efficiently. We use the information gathered to improve our service and prevent similar complaints from occurring in the future.

  3. Fees and Payment You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our service. Fees are subject to change at any time, but we will provide you with notice of any fee changes in advance. Payment for service is due in advance of the service period. If you fail to pay any fees when due, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service without notice.
  4. Equipment You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary equipment to use our service, including, but not limited to, a wireless router or modem. We do not provide or support any equipment not provided by us. You are also responsible for ensuring that your equipment is compatible with our service and meets all applicable standards.
  5. Data Usage Our service is subject to data usage limits, which may vary depending on the service plan you have selected. If you exceed your data usage limit, we reserve the right to reduce your speed or suspend your service until the next billing cycle. You are responsible for all data usage through your account.
  6. Security You are responsible for ensuring the security of your account, including, but not limited to, maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and not sharing them with anyone else. You are also responsible for protecting your equipment from unauthorized access or use.
  7. Intellectual Property Our service, including all content and software, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use our service or any content or software associated with it without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties We provide our service “as is” and without any warranty or representation of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our service will meet your specific requirements or be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

If you terminate your service before the end of your current billing cycle, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the service.Upon termination of service, you are responsible for returning any equipment provided by us in good working condition. Failure to return the equipment may result in additional fees and charges.This termination clause does not affect any other rights or remedies available to us under these terms and conditions or applicable law.
